Grilled Steak and Tomato Salad

  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat grill or barbeque to a medium-high heat.

  2. Step 2

    Combine tomatoes, coriander, oil, jalapenos, garlic and around ¼ tspn sale in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill for approximately 3 – 5 minutes or until medium-rare.

  4. Step 4

    Transfer steak to a cutting board (preferably one with grooves for collecting juices) and thinly slice across the grain.

  5. Step 5

    Divide the slices among the plates. Drizzle any juices from the cutting board over the steak and top with the tomato salad.
