  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat barbecue or grill to a medium heat.

    In a bowl, combine honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce and garlic.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. Allow to sit for a few minutes.

    Brush each pork portion with the sauce on both sides.

  5. Step 5

    Place the pork on the heated grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Bast regularly.

    Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
