Mexican Chicken & Rice Salad

  1. Step 1

    Cook rice pouches in microwave according to instructions on packet.

  2. Step 2

    Cook chicken in a hot pan with oil. Sprinkle with Mexican seasoning.

  3. Step 3

    Serve rice, salad mix, chicken, tomato, cheese and avocado on each plate. Drizzle with dressing.
