  1. Step 1

    Cook the noodles according to the packet. Drain well.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a wok over high heat. Add half the beef and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes (or until just cooked). Transfer to a plate and cook the second half of the beef.

    Return beef to the pan with the vegetables and cooking sauce. Stir fry for around 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the noodles and season with salt and pepper if desired.

    Make sure the noodles, beef and vegetables are well coated.

  5. Step 5

    Divide among four bowls and garnish with coriander.

    Sesame seeds also make a nice garnish for this dish.
