  1. Step 1

    Bring water to gentle boil.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees and put in a tray of pine nuts and remove after 5 mins.

  3. Step 3

    Once water has boiled, pour in the pasta for the time specified on the pack (between 2-4 mins).

  4. Step 4

    Once pasta has cooked, strain and plate up.

  5. Step 5

    Drizzle with truffle infused olive oil, then add rocket, pine nuts, and parmesan.
