  1. Step 1

    Fry up onion with salt, pepper, a teaspoon of cumin until it’s soft.

  2. Step 2
    Add drained kidney beans.
  3. Step 3

    Fry for 5minutes while turning ingredientsevery now and then, when necessary.

  4. Step 4

    Toast drained corn kernels in pan till brown.

  5. Step 5

    Layer bowls with rice, beans, corn, lettuce, salsa and sour Cream. Here you can also add guacamole or other ingredients of your choice.
