  1. Step 1

    Heat oil in a non-stick fry pan over a medium heat. Add onion and capsicum and cook until onion starts to soften.

  2. Step 2

    Add refried beans, Four Bean mix, red kidney beans and tomatoes to the pan and stir until combined. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Divide bean mix between four bowls and top with sour cream or natural yoghurt. Serve with a mixed salad, tortillas or corn chips.
